Dr. Gary Bertoline has been at Purdue since 1990, where his research has focused on scientific visualization, interactive immersion environments, cyberinfrastructure, and grid computing. Dr. Bertoline led the creation of Purdue’s Envision Center for Data Perceptualization and served as its director for 5 years. He also co-founded the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing, also at Purdue. Dr. Bertoline has authored and co-authored many journal and trade publication papers and eight textbooks on engineering, computer graphics, and visualization research.
